I wasnt very satisified with my order honestly. By the time it arrived the ice pack melted and the baklava took on the taste of carboard and something else i cant put my finger on. Just too expensive for what i got

Prefect tasting baklava. Enjoyed every one. However, several pieces had to be reassembled as they fell apart in shipping. If you would put a small sheet of bubble wrap over the waxed paper before closing the box, this problem would be lessened. Also, the baklava were cut in small rectangles, not more traditional diamond shape. I prefer the traditional shape.

Regarding the shape — the walnut baklava (cevizli) is made in a square tray, which is why it's cut into rectangular pieces. This is actually the traditional presentation for this style of baklava. Our classic Antep-style baklava, on the other hand, is made in a round tray and cut into the diamond shape you're familiar with. Both are authentic presentations, just different regional traditions!

One of the best baklavas i had…it was better than the ones i had in Turkey. It was delicious.

Excellent product

This dessert is both delicious and well-presented, using simple ingredients.

Shipment went out within 24hrs. Each product was packaged in metal boxes and securely shipped in a box. There was some syrup leak but it was manageable. Unfortunately Fedex messed up delivery and I received the product a day later than scheduled, on the 4th day. The product was okay. Clearly it was no longer fresh or wasn’t fresh to begin with. There was no crunch in the pistachio and walnut baklavas and phyllo was all soft. It was a bit too sweet for my taste but that is a personal choice I suppose. The pistachio rolls and pistachio cubes tasted much better as crunchiness isn’t an issue for those 2 and they were less sweet, which I liked. Would I order again? At this price point, probably not unless I absolutely have to. I’d like to try them with domestic shipping though to see if the product experience is better.
