الشوبيت هي نسخة راقية من البقلاوة التقليدية، غنية بحشوة كريمية سخية تُضفي على تجربة تناول الحلوى متعةً لا تُضاهى. وباعتبارها واحدة من أشهر الحلويات التركية، فهي تجمع بين الحرفية الدقيقة والنكهات الغنية لتراث غازي عنتاب في صناعة الحلويات.

How is my baklava shipped?
Every baklava order leaves our kitchen in Gaziantep on the day it's made and travels in a protective tin, cushioned with protective paper. Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch, and you'll receive a FedEx tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your order and shown before you pay.

Does it come with cream filling?
Not at the moment. This product is currently shipped without cream filling to ensure freshness during transit.
How long does it stay fresh?
It's at its best within 5 days of baking, transit included, or 10–15 days in the fridge, counted from the day you refrigerate it. Once opened, enjoy within 2–3 days.
How should I store it?
Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at 64–68°F (18–20°C), or refrigerate it in an airtight container to keep it longer. Before serving, let refrigerated pieces sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes. Please don't microwave it.

Will I pay customs duties?
No. We pay the US import duties, and FedEx handles customs clearance on our behalf, so there is nothing to pay at your door.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Our Fresh Arrival Promise: if your baklava arrives damaged, leaking or not in the condition it should be, email a photo to customerservice@kocakbaklava.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
